Our Home Library & Information Service is free and is for people of all ages who are unable to get to the library or carry books themselves.
The service is available on a permanent or temporary basis – for example anyone with a long term condition affecting their ability to leave the house, recuperating after illness or an operation, or shielding.

What happens then?
One of our friendly volunteers will get in touch to chat about your needs and your reading and listening preferences. We’ll then put together regular selections of books, large print editions, audiobooks and movies on DVD for you. Our volunteers will deliver your items right to your door and collect any returns.
