Monday 10th May sees the start of Mental Health Awareness Week and we’ve put together a display of topical books with a strong leaning towards nature and the environment. Why not drop by and take a look?
Borrow a book from the Living Well selection and get a free bookmark with seeds to plant and grow! What better way to spend time than watching the flowers grow and bloom!
The library also has a selection of books from the Reading Well collection which can help you to understand and manage your health and well-being. The collection has been curated by health experts and people living with particular conditions and are grouped into five Reading Well book lists for adults, young people and children. Many of the titles are available as free digital downloads.
