TELL US YOUR STORY.

101 Stories is a new and exciting community project being run by the library. It aims to collect true-life stories from the people of Easingwold and the surrounding area.
Everyone has a story to tell, be it a funny or touching reminiscence, an influential memory or a life-affirming experience. Storytelling brings us together and gives us a glimpse of places and people beyond our usual circle.
Your story doesn’t have to be about living in the area – it could be from a million miles away. It just has to be a story about you and could be an A4 page or just a paragraph – the choice is yours.
Suitably anonymised, your stories will feature in displays and artistic performance during 2023, culminating in a book.
You’ll find full information about 101 Stories on the project’s webpage www.easingwoldcommunitylibrary.com/101-stories
You can also visit the main project display in the library entrance and pick up a leaflet telling you all you need to know about taking part.
What are you waiting for? Tell us your story.
