Boost Your Mood!

The new year and mid-winter can feel hard. Our Wellbeing Bags may help. They’re portable collections of items, books and activities for individuals or groups to try out at home or out and about in the community.

We have two Wellbeing Bags at the library for you to borrow for up to three weeks. One bag is for anybody to use whilst the other is tailored specially for teens and young adults. Both bags provide a variety of self-help activities that you can use as an aid to your health and wellbeing.

You’ll find them near the Community Information board in the library, or simply ask for them at the desk. We’ll be pleased to help. If the bag you want isn’t available, we’ll reserve it for you free of charge.
