TEMPORARY CLOSURE: The Library is closed at present to support the well-being of our volunteers and customers during the current health emergency.
All existing loans have automatically been extended to three months. Any fines for overdue items which accrue during the closure period will be waived.
Where We Are
The library is located close to the Market Place in Easingwold town centre, just behind The Commercial pub.
We do not open on Sundays or on Bank Holidays.

Getting to Easingwold
Bus services run to and from Easingwold via the surrounding villages. Buses stop in the Market Place. Details of these services can be found here, or by calling 0871 200 2233.
Limited car parking is available on the roadside outside the library. The main parking area is 50 metres away in the Market Place. Parking is free.
The library garden entrance nearest to the Market Place has two steps up with a handrail on each side. Wheelchair users have easy access via the second garden entrance which is 20 metres further along Tanpit Lane.
The library building has an automatic door and a gently ramped entrance lobby. Internally, the library is all on one level with no steps. There is an accessible unisex toilet.
