From Monday 29th April there have been small increases in library fees and charges required by our partner, North Yorkshire Council.
Library charges have been frozen for nearly ten years but, like other services, libraries face increasing financial pressures.
The income from fees and charges flows directly to the community library, a registered charity, helping to keep us open.
Library notices, leaflets and the library website have been updated to reflect the new rates. A complete list of North Yorkshire Council library fees and charges is here.
