The next in our series of mini-exhibitions features a variety of work from members of SHERIFF HUTTON ART GROUP. The group runs regular workshops in Sheriff Hutton Village Hall and mounts an annual Easter Art Exhibition. They’re a friendly group of people and budding artists of any level are welcome to join them.
The Art Group hosts a number of Saturday workshops for members during the year run by different experienced, professional artists who demonstrate their work and then provide guided support during the day. Every workshop features different media including watercolour, acrylic, charcoal, pencil or pastels. It also has relaxed morning sessions when members meet to create their own work or where a member demonstrates their speciality e.g. collage, scratchboard, fat pens.
